Environmental charity Groundwork London, in partnership with the London Borough of Hillingdon, secured funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA) for an exciting project to:
- co-create improvements to green and open spaces on the Cranford Park Estate with residents
- help Pinkwell residents learn more about climate change and be able to take action
We hope to involve and engage residents of the estate to create a green and welcoming space for everyone in the community.
Up until the project completes in March 2024, local residents will have lots of opportunities to have their say, shape green space improvements, learn about climate change, make new friends, take part in fun activities, and become involved in bringing about positive change.
Cranford Park Estate Improvements: How would you like to see green spaces improved to better meet your needs?
We will improve green spaces on the Cranford Park Estate to make them more resilient to the impacts of climate change such as flooding. Our Design Team will work with residents to transform green spaces to also make them more attractive and user-friendly.
Would you like to see more or better play facilities? Maybe you’d like to see areas to socialise with your friends and neighbours? Or maybe a green oasis to relax and recharge yourself? Improvements to green spaces are coming to your neighbourhood, and we want you to get involved!
