We’re supporting young people in Devon, aged 18 to 24 years, who are struggling to return to education or move into training or employment.
Through a combination of bespoke one to one mentoring, group sessions and career advice, our mentors are supporting young people in Plymouth to build confidence and resilience, supporting them to overcome challenges and move towards a brighter future. Empowering Enterprise encourages opportunities with volunteering and social action community projects and prepares young people for employment or apprenticeships that are right for them.
If you or somebody close to you is aged 18-24, living in Plymouth and finding it hard to move forward in life because of personal barriers, please contact us to find out how we can help: christopher.barber@groundwork.org.uk or call 07803452803
Empowering Enterprise is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund. The partnership is lead by PETROC College of Higher Education and together we’ll work with over 600 of the most socially-excluded young people in Devon to equip them with the skills to get ahead in life and work.
